return and refund policy

At Bluebell, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless experience with our innovative kitchen gadgets. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure that customers feel confident in their purchases while also maintaining the integrity of our products.

Customers are entitled to return items purchased online within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that the items are in saleable condition. To initiate a return, customers must include the original sales invoice, product certificate, all complementary or gift items, and all original packaging and collateral materials. It is important to note that items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage cannot be accepted for return.

Upon receiving a returned item, our Quality Assurance Department will review the product and its accompanying materials. If the return is accepted, the refund or exchange will be processed within a few days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges, and may take up to three weeks to reflect in the customer's account.
